English translation Ingredients: 1/2 cup of milk 1/2 cup of water 60 g of butter 3/4 cup of white flour vanillin 4 eggs (3 + 1 white) 2,5 tbsp of sugar lemon rind oil icing sugar
Pour the milk with the water and the butter in a pan and bring it to a boil. Set aside and add the flour and the vanillin. Cook for two minutes, then let it cool. Add the 3 eggs (one by one) and the white of another egg, then add the sugar and the lemon rind. Heat a pan with some oil and with a spoon make up the frittelle spooning them into the hot oil. Fry them until golden and lay on kitchen paper to remove the oil in excess. Dust with icing sugar and serve.Edited by Sunflower84 - 3/5/2008, 14:22
